Great book for someone starting a small business
Garrett is a great communicator, he tells you what you need to know to start a company and tells you why with examples from real life, people who didn't follow his advice and lost a lot of money for saving a few hundred.

Great book, hard read
The book itself is full of knowledge and great examples. It generally follows the pattern of introduce the corporation, why that corporation is good or bad, and an example of that in a real world situation. I give it 5 stars but I don’t think this is a starter book. It is written in some difficult language. So either I’m dumber than I think I am, or most entry level entrepreneurs or anyone just interested in business might have a harder time reading this book than maybe another, more simply written book.

Very informative but hard to understand
This is a very informative book, only if you understand it well. The way topics are organized is hard to understand.

Great info for noobs
Very informative for the noob. I knew an llc limited liability but not the details of how. This gives you a great beginners introduction to different company structures and how to protect yourself legally. Gives you a lot of examples of how one entity works in certain scenarios better than another, as well as where the downfalls are of entities.Probably not so great if you are experienced with setting up your own company as a legal entity as this is fairly noob info. This book stands out from the other rich dad series as not being so salesy and guru-esque. This is fairly straight information focused on the facts.

Absolute Must-Have
Broke up with an ex and let her keep all clothing and such so we would have a clean break but, had to go back for this book. Could keep the sweaters and Hoodie but believe I got my book back.

Not for Canadian business
The book is great to learn stuff but it's for USA businesses. You can still read it as a lot is same in both countries.

Livre avec beaucoup de contenu
Très bon livre avec beaucoup de détails. C’est dommage que ça soit centré que sur les États-Unis.

Informative. Comprehensive. Motivating.
Love love love!Like all books from the Rich Dad series, this one, too, is wonderfully written and easily understandable, even for non-native speakers. But be aware: It's not for complete noobs.I warmly recommend reading at leastRich Dad Poor Dadto get startedandTax free Wealth by Tom Wheelwrightbefore diving into this one.

Great book!
A book that explains the presence of various Indian Acts, Rules and their queerness. Replication of the western evolution of corporations and their ways to bypass stagnation. Of innovative ways of the humans to do something for 'Greater Good'.
