Ordered these little predators and they arrived within two days. Perfect. Just to note, no insecticide should have been sprayed on the plant for 2 weeks before using this product.

It works but there are things to consider
Seems like it works. I have two cherry tomatoes and two peppers inside all infested. I applied one sachet on every plant and being already skeptical was disappointed to see that it didn't help tomatoes at all. i saw lots of predators spiders straying on a sachet. So i started to think that it just doesn't work as stated in many reviews. then i noticed that there are hundreds of dead predators on stems near the sachet. it looks like they died just crawling the tomato. that's strange! I checked pepper and it looked good and checking it later i found that infestation went away. And I still see spider predators on sachet months later which means to me that colony is stable and they not really one time use but seems like can continue to be present which is perfect because you can allocate sachet on other plant that is newly infested (just bought e.g.).I guess cherry tomato is very hostile environment for spider mites. whether it some essential oils of tomato plant or specific hairiness of stems, i don't know, i am not biologist and can't give an explanation but i would like to see in the future more information about spider mites species on this product with clear instructions on what is best for them to work

Made a reorder of predator mites sachets after ordering the 25 , ordered 100 pack with near no activity.

Quick but disappointed with card handle
Product came very fast. Was easy to put on the plants but the hanger is made of card, so many of them have become wet and tore off onto the ground. I will have to keep checking the plants every day and see if the larvae hatch and are okay. This is a bit disappointing as l thought the product would all be made of foil so it stayed on the plant so the larvae can eat the spider mites. Now lm not sure it will even work.

Seems to be working
So far so good no spider mite seen yet and I get hammered with it every year on my cucumber plants so fingers crossed 🤞

They do what it says on the tin
My greenhouse was covered with Spider-Man and they got eaten as promised by the beautiful predators can’t recommend this company enough
