after using they stopped freezing all the way. Also the plastic ends are painful against your skin. They are less expensive but in the long run the fabric brands are more comfortable and last longer.

No frozen peas, no frozen green beans, just gel to wrap my aching toes around - it feels so good! My old gel ice packs have been duck-taped for a long time. I could not find any replacements in any stores. There they were on the Amazon website. These came with directions for how often they should be used. My dad gets gout occasionally and these have helped relieve the pain. It's easy to wrap around your joints. The ice pack lasts pretty long before it needs to be replaced.

It works pretty good, I use it to go to sleep actually cause it's hot where I live. Bought without their mesh thing and I just use a thin towel to wrap it (as it does condense on the outside) and sleep on it as my pillowLife changer

Very nice & comfy. Good quality wrap! Takes 2 hrs to freeze, but doesn't get as cold as others I've had. Very nice that the wrap stays in place.

A month ago I hyperextended my knee and icing it to reduce inflammation and swelling has been so easy with this product. I love how stretchy the strap is to adjust the tightness on it and making it versatile enough to use on various parts of the body. We now have two of these, we love them so much! One we keep in the freezer for icing purposes and the other we keep out to use in the microwave for when we need a warm wrap. I highly recommend this product!

Light weight I can wear it around the house. It is a bit itchy and hard to use one handed but otherwise a good purchase.
