Very useful
This rack has been a useful item to aid with sous vide cooking. Don't have to use clips, chop sticks and other items to keep food away from the sous vide. Can move the upright racks to handle any thickness of food item.

love that it's adjustable
I bought this to use with my sous-vide so I wouldn't have to clip my bags to the side of my pot. Works great, easy to clean and it's adjustable to fit thicker or thinner bags of meat/fish
