Poor quality.
It arrived and appears that it was either previously owned or the craftsmanship is just really terrible. Significant Paint is missing on motherbirdThis was to be a gift and im not sure a replacement will arrive timely and fear the replacement will be just as bad.

Very nice, but very fragile
I bought this as a gift for my grandmother as she loves birds and chimes, when the package arrived, the big mother bird on the side was broken off and her feet were shattered, it took me a bit to get her looking better, but once she was back on, she looked good as new! The chime is very fragile, but very beautiful and the bells are very pleasant to listen to. Could have been cheaper for how breakable the product was, but overall was nice

Bought Two both were broken
Would have been nice if you could receive one not broken. First one broken, then replacement broken. I gave up and got my money back
