I just received this contraption and set it up immediately. I have terrible lower back pain that keeps me up at night. I'm constantly on a heating pad. I'm hoping this helps. I used it for 5 minutes on the lower settings then moved to middle for another 5. The middle setting kind of took my breath away a little bit (hurts) but I tried to keep myself distracted by playing a game on my phone. I don't feel any immediate relief but hopefully over time it'll help.

I followed instructions to a “T” and after 2 months i am not any better off then before. Also the initial assembly is a bit of a guessing game as instructions for it are not included. After 10-15 minutes you can fell slight relief, but nothing permanent.

I will not lie It was a battle to get it together as it is super tight !But , as soon as I got it together on the first notch, I lay down on it and slowly lay back and omg. I could feel each one pop in which felt great.then, I turned it around so the smaller end was the other direction and did it again but lower and was able to stretch it out through my neck. I highly recommend this product for those that want to help their aching back or stretch your back and put those discs back in place with no force or pain.

I sit for long hours everyday on my home office on a non-office chair due to this pandemic. This gives me back pain at the end of the day. I put this back stretcher on my chair for 15 minutes every hour and it helped a lot. No more back pain at the end of day and I’m no longer slouching while seated.

Just feels weird not a super bad weird but not a good weird either it says 15 minutes at a time but I can only do ten till I cant take the odd sensation, I think it's all the bumps for me just odd so yeah it works though definitely

Love the design and usefulness. It's not a crazy big range of stretch but is adjustable. The stretcher board itself was a bit hard to bend to fit it in the grooves, but maybe it'll increase flex with use. Overall, I am glad I bought this.

For the price works well to see if this type of equipment really helps

It works a good only half the time.
