The igniton module is a 5*, the service was a 1* This item is falsely advertised as including a #2005 Coil and #3003 wire set
I ordered this kit and received only the 1005 ignition module. When I called to request the missing coil and wire set, I was placed on hold and disconnected twice. On my third try I was told that a return shipping tag would be sent at no charge and to return the product. I still need the entire system. Seriously?! That's the solution? My bike is torn down and I open the box and items are missing! Absolutely the worst customer service possible, plus advertising products that they don't sell as described. Great job. Thank you for wasting two weeks of my time.My solution was to order a #2005 coil which this vendor also sells for $80 and can be found for less. Too bad the vendor could just suggest that or locate the addition components. The 1005 ignition system works great on the Harley-Davidson Evolution engine, just source the 2005 dual fire coil somewhere else. Daytona Twin Tec High Output Single Fire Coil 2005

and the ignition was easy to install and set up
I also had trouble with the listed features being more than the package as delivered, but the seller sorted it out. It's a auto-fill issue with Amazon, and perhaps not enough checking by the seller before hitting "List". Anyway, the price was still OUTSTANDING, and the ignition was easy to install and set up. My bike runs MUCH better on this ignition versus the older solid state points eliminator I used to have that relied on the mechanical advance flyweights and all that. The "race mode" settings are awesome! They woke up my old Shovelhead. This ignition will work with the old coil or a split fire coil, and if you wire up a split fire coil you can set the ignition to dual fire anyway. I like that. If you have an older bike, points era, you may need to buy the Harley EVO timing sensor disc to bolt to your cam rotor, about $10 from various sources.

Daytona Twin Tec service is the WORST!
Sent the unit in for warranty, they returned it stating unit was fine. I installed it again, no work. Twin Tec needs to LEAN customer service NEVER again. The lady at Twin Tec hung up on my, GOOD bye Twin Tec. Customers have other options!

DTT 1005 timing module
This is a quality part with great options. It’s highly adjustable. It can be tailored to the specs of pretty much any motor!!! And with the additional usb module the timing curve can be customized.

Upgrade to my current Hi-4
Well worded installation instructions. This system was a replacement to my faulty Crane Hi-4 unit. So far I am more than satisfied with the performance as well as the adjustability of the Daytona product in comparison to the Hi-4. Two thumbs up

BUY THIS!!!
So incredibly easy to install, had a 40 year Harley mechanic check my work and he said he couldn't have timed my bike better than I did.
