This rug came exactly as pictured and is so lovely in person. It appears very well made and is plush and soft. It has about a 1 inch pile height, which is not too high for our roomba to clean. The only downside is there is not a lot of cushion on the rug, so I recommend adding a rug mat underneath for extra comfort. This rug looks beautiful in our living room. Very impressed with this product and highly recommend it for the price.

I'm very happy with this purchase. Safavieh is a great brand that has good quality rugs but they tend to be very expensive. This rug is great quality and great price. We constantly get compliments on how beautiful and soft the rug is. The tassels on the edges give a unique detail.

I am very pleased with this rug. You cannot beat the quality for the price. The rug is very soft under foot. I bought 2 to place on either side of our bed and the shag feels nice when stepping out of bed on a cold morning. You definitely need a rug pad under it if you plan to put on hardwood or tile, as the backing is stiff and scratchy and will move and slip around. It came tightly rolled up, so it takes a little while to flatten out. I just put some stuff on top of it to weigh it down for a few hours. I was nervous to buy a rug without feeling it first, but I love it and I am very happy with this purchase!

I was so nervous to order this product due to it having no reviews. I LOVE it!!! Looks exactly like the picture. It does come with a chemical type smell but wears off quickly. Very fluffy after a quick vacuum. Definitely recommend!

A very disappointing purchase after reading hundreds of rave reviews across the internet. This rug is basically a glorified mat with long but sparse pile. So thin, with so little backing that it barely wants to lay flat despite a carpet pad. It's soft but has zero cushioning under your feet.Edit: 30 minutes after unrolling this carpet in the bedroom, I walked back into the room and was greeted by the overwhelming smell of WEED (!?!?!) emanating from the carpet. Genuinely baffled. Will be returning this ASAP.

This rug is perfect. Compliments greys and browns. I buy accent rugs like most women buy shoes and Safavieh is hands down one of my faves! Quality rugs for the best price!

The reviews were mostly good, but some said it was too thin and needed a rug pad. It’s not too thin at all, and I haven’t used a pad! I’m glad I got it!

We use this runner in our long and narrow kitchen because our apartment's flooring is ghastly. This covers it up nicely and is great quality. It feels a lot more expensive than it really was. Easy to clean too!
