Delfino 'Alici di Cetara from The Amalfi Coast" Premium Quality Anchovie Fillets in Oil (250g Jar)

Large thick fillets; quite mild in flavour so I found I had to use half as much again as I would use with British manufactured ones.

Really liked the chubby pot of anchovies. It's a big pot and the anchovies look great in the pot. Once out, they did have a more mellow flavour than the usual tinned ones from the supermarket, and would be ideal for serving with nibbles at a drinks party. For use in Caesar salads etc, they are a bit on the expensive side, but great for an occasional treat.

Buonissime il peccato è la salatura. Che rovina il gusto. Troppo sale.
