SEAC Rock Boots HD, Rigid Soles with Quick Close Laces for Underwater Diving Suit, 3 mm

Pros:* Minimal sole and soft upper are comfy. You won't need bigger fins if you're coming from wetsuit booties.* Quick to put on, lace keep the boot secure.Con:* Sole is a little bit too flexible, can be bent into a taco shape with one hand. Lack of a fin keeper on the heel (but you can glue one on easily).* Came with black stripes, not the light gray stripes pictured.Despite the "rock" name, these aren't heavy duty boots. More like "pebble". Great for boat and light duty beach diving. Be careful on steep grades carrying lots of weight.I am size 10.5, US44.5, ordered the XL size Seac Rock boot. With a normal cotton sock and 3mm neoprene sock there's 1cm of room up front. They fit my large size Deep 6 Eddy fin foot pocket comfortably.Laces are made of nylon and they do come too long. You're a diver, you know what to do: cut off the excess, then melt the frayed ends with a lighter and form into a solid knob. It won't fray any further, you don't need to buy new laces.

I am very satisfied with these. They are lightweight and comfortable and are exceptionally easy to get on and off. Best of all, these aren't like he bulky rock boots that won't fit into your existing fins. You should be able to use the fins you have with these. They are low profile. I wear a size 10 shoe, and an XL is perfect. I went a size up from what was recommended by SEAC, and this was a good decision. The XL will accommodate my Aqualung Fusion Tech drysuit and a very heavy sock. I am giving the product a four because the laces are 54 inches, which is way too long by about 12 inches. I had to order a pair of 42-inch black boot laces so I wasn't tucking so much into the shoe.

These boots are made of 3mm neoprene, with rubber on the toe and heel areas. The sole is thin and they fit nicely into my jet-fins. They basically feel like a normal pair of 3mm dive boots, but with laces, which I like.The only problem I have with these boots is the sizing. The sole of the boot is quite narrow, but the toe area is widens out. I wear a 10.5 shoe normally and the XL was about right for being in the water... in normal socks. Trying to get these over a drysuit foot and any sort of insulation would be a struggle, put mildly. I went ahead and bought them again in 2X and am hoping those will be better.It's probably also worth mentioning that I doubt these will last nearly as long as a canvas boot, but I guess time will tell. I will review the larger pair once they come and I get a chance to dive in them.

Great rock boots. I needed size women’s 5.5 and bought size small. It’s fits the drysuit with neosock, and not only is it cheaper than many other brands, but it’s less bulky so I could keep using the same fins as I did with my wet boots.

Not bad. I have size 15 (US) and the 3XL stretched to fit over my feet with my dry suit w/ neoprene socks on too. It's a little tight, but it works.I use them in a fairly rocky area though, and was a little caught off guard how much give the soles had in them. Not ideal for rocky environments, but it's bearable.

The size I ordered was a tad too small for me, however still fit well (slightly tight); product is great, rubber sole prevents wearing from fins, boots are easy to slip on and off, and laces simply tuck away inside the boots.

Good first pair of shoes to find what you like or not. For me, I think that the heel strap is the problem. Too small and delicate when I have my dry suit on.

Talla S no corresponde a un 38/39 sobran dos centímetros de un pie con talla 38. He tenido que devolverlos y encima me han cobrado 2,99 euros por la devolución, es la primera vez que tengo que pagar por la devolución. !Mucho cuidado con las tallas! Si no queréis perder 3 euros.

Die Rockboots sind leicht anzuziehen und auszuziehen.Die Sohle ist ziemlich dünn beim gehen über Schotter spürt mann schon was.Das verschnüren ist einfach,nur die Schnürsenkel sind lang und somit schwer zu verstauen.Trotzdem ein Gutes Produkt und absolut weiter zu empfehlen.
