The product arrived as expected. I found it easy to use and sliced my homemade biltong as I wanted it.

Sturdy, cuts straight and quite easy to clean. I bought this chopper for slicing biltong and have to say that I'm impressed. The stopper on the blade to control thickness is handy too, if you need it otherwise just take it off. The catch tray that came with the chopper is a little small for what I'm using it for but it's a nice touch.

This cutter is awesome . if you are looking for something to cut ginseng or ginger, this is what you need. you may look at the price And think it’s quite a bit ,but once you get it and see the quality of it and how easily you can adjust it, and how sharp, SAFE and fast it is . It is definitely worth the money. if you use those hard herbs you know how hard they are to cut

This item kind of sturdiness. Easy to use. I like the quality of the wood base. But I want to sharpen the blade later. Make it more sharp.

Very sturdy and even slices very hard Ling zhi (Reishi). The blade is very sharp so be careful!

Said it was for jerky- not the case. Looks like a good unit, just not for cutting meat for jerky.
