Q: Can this mixer be compared to the astro mixamp pro? in other words, i want to combine gaming and voice audio and switch between which i want louder.

If you want it to be louder I would get the mixer with the power supply. Rolls also makes it. I have had both, the powered mixer boosts the audio level with adding the analog hum.

Q: Will this work with a turntable and another digital device?

No, only line level analog inputs. A turntable needs a pre-amp to work with any passive mixer.

Q: Is this usable with 3.5mm mics and able to output to a PC's mic port? (using adapters obviously)

Yes. Everything is analog on this. Shouldn't be a problem.
