I installed this shower on the outside of my home in Florida so I could rinse off after swimming in the ocean. My previous method was to rinse with a hose as quickly as possible so I’d get a little warm water that was heated by the sun. Now I can have a nice hot shower with plenty of time to rinse off myself and any gear I had in the ocean. The main shower head is really nice and the hand held is great for rinsing everything else. I could also see using the hand held for washing the dog.The install instructions are pretty weak, but if you’ve installed a faucet before it’s fairly straight forward. I was a little worried about the threads not matching what I could buy (US), but they were standard. I did not use the supplied brass connectors that connect the main valve to my inside plumbing. Instead of the offset connector I opted for a single shark bite to pvc connector and went straight into the house. It worked great for me.One nice thing with this faucet is that it’s easy to remove from your outside wall and take it inside. This is a winter home for us, so I will remove the faucet and put it inside to keep it out of the elements when we are not here. To allow it to be removed I had to install shut offs on the inside which isn’t a bad idea anyway.Anyway, the shower is so nice that I rarely use the shower in the house anymore. And it does look very nice on the wall.

My builder installed this shower's valve very low on the exterior of the house. As a result I needed two extensions to make the shower tall enough for me to stand under. Both times the company sent me extension tubes at my request, at NO CHARGE! They also called me to make sure I received the requested extension tubes. I could not be happier! Awesome product and service beyond what most people would expect!

WE love this shower head, it is perfect for our outside shower. The pressure is great and the shower style makes you feel like your under the rain. The second shower head is also helpful, I've used this on my dog and my child too. Love that it goes up and down. The whole system is so elegant and lovely. The customer service is so great and helpful, after 1 year, we had an issue but reached out to them and they are helping us fix it. I couldn't recommend enough.

I bought this to renovate an RV bathroom that had nothing but the two water lines. Had zero idea what i was doing and it came out terrificGreat water pressure, good quality, can use both shower outlets at same time !!

I had this put up in my new outdoor shower. I live on the coast. So this is very important way to keep sand out of the house. I absolutely love this shower head, and the hand held makes it very easy to wash the dog.

Received mine and was pleased with the materials, the build however had something to be desired. The instructions were awful and mine was not assembled as it was in the "instructions". If you buy this, some of the threads are reversed threads and if "piece 4" is not fully assembled similar to mine, there is a collar, a gasket and a small threaded nipple that has a hex hole in the center. The hex nipple goes in the collar, then this gets threaded in to the female end of "piece 4". There is another gasket that fits in to the female end of the collar and then gets attached to the valve assembly. I hope this saves some time for others.

This outdoor faucet was reasonable priced and is the best looking one we have had. The customer support was even better. We had developed a pin leak in the main part, sent a video of the issue and they quickly resolved by sending me the replacement part I needed. Highly recommend.

It is even more beautiful when installed.
