can't tell if it is helping but, for those who can't take soft gels, does not bother digestive tractNo objectionable scent or flavor, no after takes or stomach irritation, no being trapped near a bathroom for a day...some time ago found I could no longer take soft and get capsule vitamins, these, don't cause any issues

It's getting harder and harder to find "dry" Vitamin E locally so I ordered from Amazon. This is a great supplement and the price is great for 250 tablets. My husband and I prefer the dry Vitamin E because many times with the Vitamin E capsules, you can experience stomach upset. If you're looking for dry Vitamin E, this is the one.

This particular type of Vit E has no estrogen on it unlike the regular ones that are suspended on GMO soy oil.Check Dr Shutte's research on Vitamin E and you will be a fan of it. I take 800-1600 IU daily.

My significant other got a prescription to get vitamin E on a daily basis. Because of his gastric by-pass surgery, he cannot take gel capsules which is the presentation of most of the brands for this type of vitamin, so getting this brand was his option to fulfill his prescription.

The pic in this listing says Mixed Tocopherols on the bottle but I got a bottle that said D-Alpha Tocopherol instead. I've done a little research before trying the E & things claim that the Mixed Tocopherols are better for the body than the D-Alpha Tocopherol. Also the Mixed Tocopherols are a round gel like capsule but the D-Alpha Tocopherol is a huge tablet which is harder to swallow.

I give this to my dogs: King Charles Cavalier Spaniels, prone to mitral valve disorder. Some sources recommend Vitamin E to help protect the heart muscles and vascular system. I am a physician and cannot attest to any benefit of this product for dogs (or people for that matter) other than that my dogs eat it (after being crushed and put with food) and are in good health.
