This product is awesome!
One of the best (latest) additions to my CNC! Quality is great, and the ability to change cut depths is a great add! So happy I got this, fully recommended fellow CNCers!

Customer service is non existent, this design has issues.
Bought product in 2021. As happens, we bent a part on this at some point while using it. Tracked down product website, email, phone number. Very difficult to get a response and satisfaction, but eventually did. Had a similar problem November of 22'. I can still see same contact information, but I have not had any response to multiple emails and phone calls for product support in 2 months time. Thats a deal breaker for us.Yes, I bought the product. This is not the best version of this product. I would recommend the competitor with the red version, a much better design. The blade on this product slips after repeated use and will not work reliably.

Great drag knife
Half the price of a Donek and works perfect, I also like the unused portion of the blade is covered

Does the job
Does the job, no issues

Difficult to use
Difficult to work with, the turn radius is also too large for me to use more frequently. I used it only for 1/8 in and 1/4 in cardboard, and the company does say that the thinner the material the smaller the cut radius. If the radius was too small on the code, it would drag the tool across the material and rip the material.
