I feel like these are really helping my son that has ASD. Since he's starting taking them, everyone has commented on a difference in his behavior. His preschool teacher told me that even he said he's a different person these days. Amazing! I mix the capsules with almond butter and raw honey twice a day. I do four capsules, the serving size is six.Edit: two years later, and we still love these vitamins. It is key to managing my son’s behavioral problems. If he doesn’t have THIS vitamin, he cannot regulate his body. We’ve also since found out he has the MTHFR gene mutation. We’ve tried other vitamins for the mutation, but they do not work for him like this one does. We are up to three capsules twice a day now, mixed with honey and almond butter, just enough to fit on a spoon. He protests a little, we had to do sticker charts at first, but now he’s pretty good about it.

For bigger kids this is perfect size, but i just open the capsule and put it in a water for my 12 years old to drink. He is ok with the taste and even 1 capsule a day keeps him in top energy form. A lot of people say it is a few capsules a day, so have it in mind when buying this. I just need this only during the winter season for better immunity and more alertness as i do not give the full size dosage

I have no doubt that this company already struggles with this, but who can get a young person to swallow 6 pills! I tried breaking them up and sprinkling them in 2 different flavored applesauces in hopes of disguising the strong taste and smell. Nope. I know my kid's need this, but unless you have a very savvy pill swallower, this company needs to really look into a comparable chewable version. My kids would rather take 12 chewables than 1 pill, let alone 6. I also think the amounts are a little high, just because with the pulsing method you really need the taker of the vitamin to be able to verbalize any changes they are experiencing. My kids are almost 6 and almost 9 and they are not the best reporters of changes in how they feel. I can look at behavior and guess what side of that bell curve they are on, but it's a guess. If I can get through this bottle, I will order more. May take a couple years...

Why put so much of bad form of vitamin E into the formula? I get just putting a little bit but so much of it will surely have bad effects. This is not the vitamin E your body benefits from. Studies have found it causes heart issues. You really need to dig for this info and to your research but this company claims to do all that. Clearly, it didnt. I really like this brand so i am disappointed and I will change my review once they update their research on the d-alpha tocopherol family.

This multivitamin is our favorite for the kids. All of the good stuff and none of the bad. It is in a regular capsule and must be swallowed, so that is one downside for young children. One of ours cannot swallow and one does. We have taken these out of the capsules and put them in honey, but since there are supposed to by 6 taken per day, this gets a bit cumbersome. We have chosen to give one these and the other the Optimal Multivitamin Chewable. Every time we lapse on taking these vitamins the kids tend to get sick. Our favorite thing about Seeking Health's multivitamins is the bioavailable B vitamins. We all have some MTHFR gene issues, so absorbing vitamin B is a challenge for us. These help!

Our 8 year old son has always been challenging when it comes to taking vitamins. He is an unusual kid who does not like fruity candy so all the kids vitamins that are so willingly taken by most kids were an epic fail for us. He also absolutely hates gummies of any kind. So that does not work either. I got him to try swallowing capsules and it was easy for him! He loves that he can take his vitamins without tasting anything yucky. And I love that I can easily get him to take vitamins now. These seem to be very high quality and he is doing well with them.

Total life changer!!! Our 7 year daughter had cytomegalovirus and parvovirus (we believe at the same time) and never fully recuperated for 8 months. Her personality began to diminish and she wasn't her normal self. I ordered these on a whim and after 1 day of being on these vitamins she is back to her old self. Even her teacher has reported a complete change in behavior. Our daughter does not have autism nor has she yet been tested for the MTHFR mutation. I don't normally write reviews but this has been a God send.

While my kids will not swallow these, they are great to add to kids smoothies! They don’t change the flavor of the smoothie. As an adult I have also been taking them and feeling better...less brain fog. I only take 4 and my kids take 2-3 each in their smoothie.
