Environmental DNA: For Biodiversity Research and Monitoring

I am looking into moving into eDNA research and this book was very descriptive of the state of the field and techniques. I also am pleased it delves into the specific techniques and problems for different environments; I am currently interested in fresh water eDNA, but I have a resource I can cite if I want to explore the marine environment as well.

Great consolidation of all the relevant literature on eDNA. Breaks down everything from sampling to bioinformatic processing, highly recommend for graduate students or post docs trying to figure this stuff out for the 1st time.
