Liftmaster K1D8052-1CC Main Control Board for LA500, LA400, & LA412 Swing Opener

Perfect part at a great price

We had a control board failure due to a lighting strike and got a quote for $1089 from a local Garage Door company for the repair. The fault code is on the panel so diagnosis is easy. We called Liftmaster to get the part number for the right card but also found that this can be found on their web site as well. I had numerous questions before and after I placed the order. Response times were fast via phone and email and provided us with the confidence that we could install the card ourselves. My husband is an engineer so perhaps everyone couldn't do this. He took a picture of the installed card before removing it so that he could make sure the options were set correctly for the new card. We were really pleased with the results and the support we received from this vendor - highly recommend!

Close but no cigar! The backwards compatibility with my LA400DC manufactured in 3/2021 is lacking: the photoelectric sensor to prevent entrapment on my original board was as pictured and described in the manual. This replacement board has completely different connections; no worries- with some creative thinking I was able to achieve backwards compatibility! Liftmaster website/manuals/support offer no help in determining which specific boards go with my opener- even though mine was only 2 years old! I spent hours trying to find the specific board with no luck😕

Easy replacement with easy set up. Works great.

Had a bad relay on the board not carry any voltage for the magnetic lock. Did a sep-by-step replacement and it worked.

After three attempts using the repair company that Liftmaster suggests...they are still throwing parts at it....the technician is at a loss because they are forced to deal with the Liftmaster technicians via phone ???Rather than a published repair manual with a trouble shooting tree, like other manufacturer have.VERY disappointed in the brand !!!
