One of my beagles has ear issues. I've seen three vets and they all say the same thing: clean his ears daily with such-and-such brand solution (which they all happen to carry at an extremely marked-up cost). His ears do need cleaning, but I've found just about every brand solution out there to either make his condition worse or just out right stinks! OTIDERM is the exception. The label claims that it "Cleans, dries, deodorizes, acidifies, and contains aloe vera." Okay. It seems like all that is true. Bottom line: it works, it's (relatively) inexpensive, and it really has a pleasant scent.Cleaning dog ear: yuck! But at least with Otiderm there is a pleasant scent and it doesn't sting (either of us)!

Very good deal my vet wanted to charge 15 for one bottle and this comes with 3. Works very well for cleaning dog ears especially with sand from the beach. Amazing smell!!

Our 12 year old shep has had ear problems for a long time. There was another product that we used that was discontinued by the manufacturer. We used the Otiderm and is has done the same nice job with cleaning and deodorizing.

Worked quickly but it has a little perfume smell

I have been using this product for years on all my labs.

It smells very perfumed, other reviews mentioned this, I should of listened, it’s too much scent. It seemed to remove dirt from 3 year olds ear, but it burned and irritated where she had scratched her ear. The one year old hated it also. I took them both to the vet as they began holding their ears funny and were hot to the touch…was given a different ear wash/dry/antibiotic antifungal all in one ear product, plus antibiotics. Sassy absolutely hates going to the vet. (See pic) This is not the right product for our family. The return window closed or never existed. It was a three bottle pack unfortunately. The bottles are well designed to insert the medication. However, after this experience the dogs run when they see a similarly shaped bottle and hide. They’ve lost trust

I bought this because our 7 yr old Lab was having problems hearing & the Vet in our town couldn't seem to "find" anything wrong. My brother is a better Vet than the one here, he let me know that the ear canal on dogs can be clogged or waxy down further than the Vet can "see", unless they Ultra Sound the head or take x rays. So I started using this and it is helping some, but she will be having a dental procedure done soon and we're having them prob further and find out exactly WHAT is causing her hearing to be bad. Super good ear wash tho!!!!!
