Great set, you get used to it after a few times
At first it’s a strange feeling twisting this thing around in your ear but after 2 or 3 times you get used to it and it definitely feels a lot safer than Q-tips. I like the case it comes with along with the extra tips which are washable so this should last a long time.

Cleans wear gently
I feel it is better that the cotton Q tips. It have was many(16) disposable silicon heads. Truly speaking, I am using only as of now. I use it , clean my ear wax, run it through water and spray hydrogen peroxide.These are really gentle and soft heads. You will actually feel it touching and cleaning ear walls when you twist it as guided by the arrows.I prefer using it after a bath as by then ear wax is soft and will be easily drilled off from ear.

Doesn't work at all
I dont know if I have really clean ears or if this thing just doesn't work...I tried it multiple times as did my wife and nothing came out...I'll be returning this

Super soft
The glue head is super soft, it's very comfortable, it cleans the ear canal very well, and I like this little box, it's easy to carry out .

Does a great job safely
I have always been a cotton swab user for the ears. Of course I know they're not good for you because it packs the earwax in, but u couldn't find a safe alternative to use. So I was very happy to find this. I used it on my children too and it's really amazing...and gross .. what gets dug out of the ear! It was a very soft rubber tip and limited length so you can't possibly hurt your ears. We will be using these regularly.
