P'tit Basque Whole Wheel (1.25 pound)

I’m so excited for this but sadly it arrived with melted cold packs, dripping in water and the smell is atrocious. I love sheep milk cheese and was looking forward to this. I put it in the fridge and the smell is gone. Eating it and hoping it's ok. It tastes great!

Cheese is excellent but length of time to get cheese was unacceptable. I’ll never order from this vendor again!

I was introduced to Petit Basque cheese at a winery in Northern California. I have never seen it at any store before, so was pleased to find it on Amazon. Very nice size round, good price for that size cheese...

I got his cheese several times at Costco until they stopped carrying it. I love this cheese....so I looked for other ways to buy it and was excited when I found it at Amazon.... It arrived fairly quickly and was well packaged with some gel packets to keep it cool... However the cheese seems like was in the shelves for a long time, is hard and dry at the edges and not soft and creamy as the ones I had before..

I took a chance and gifted this cheese. They were very satisfied, said it was delicious.

purchased this wheel for the holiday but it arrived poorly packed. Whatever cold storage process they used for shipping was inadequate. Arrived completely warm and did not last. Flavor and texture not as expected.

Bought to use with cheesecurler. Disappointed as it was expensive and broke apart and did not create nice curls. Won't buy again.

I have ordered this cheese several times from other sources and thoroughly enjoyed the flavor and texture. However this time the cheese arrived packed only in styrofoam peanuts in a box. The cheese was not wrapped and arrived somewhat dried out.
