I treat it with oil and the wood glides in my hands asI use it. That also means that it wipes clean with just a damp cloth. I have rolling pins with the handles and the bells and whistles,but this is there I reach for every time. I highly recommend it.

Purchased this item specifically for rolling pizza dough. It is much better than the traditional constant diameter roller. Achieving a consistent thickness dough is easy and quick.

I often travel for work and needed a shorter French rolling pin to take with me on the road for rolling out keto doughs. This 15" fit the bill and works as well as the 20" I have at home. Lightweight but solid. Your don't have to do anything to it but wash and dry immediately after use. I've used it on Fat Head dough, keto pie crust dough and it works great. Of course you have to put parchment paper both under and over the dough to prevent sticking but it still rolls evenly and smoothly. Great little kitchen tool and doesn't take up much space in either my limited cupboards or in the storage box when I'm home. It would be perfect for RVs or even use at home, it is definitely great for use in an extended stay hotel situation where counter and cupboard space is limited.

First time I've used this style rolling pin and I'm in love.It's light, handles beautifully, has just the right amount of texture to the wood to work all kinds of pastry doughs and cleans up easily.It's such a good pin I told my Mom that both my grandmother and great grandmother (who have both passed on) want ones too!

It is what it was supposed to be a hardwood French style rolling pin. Wood was of good quality and finish, no obvious defects.

It arrived with noticeable markings on it like it had been thrown around and or previously used. Wasn't happy and won't be ordering again. Never received any response back when reported.

It is so easy to use. Wish I had one sooner.

I like that rolling pin is very sturdy however mine came quite damaged. It is not smooth at all and has several bumps. I was very disappointed. The shipping was fast and price is competitive with others.
