I Heart Pluto: A Rhyming Solar System Board Book with Unique Planet Cutouts - From the #1 Science Author for Kids

As a former science teacher, I'm always looking for adorable science literature for my kids. This explains planets so well and ties in diversity. It's perfect!

My 4-year-old is all about dwarf planets these days and asks for us to read this book morning, noon, and night. It’s the perfect book to get a kid’s curiosity going about Astronomy!

With our new learning at home quarantine style, I choose to teach my 4-year-old about space this week and I did purchase Chris Ferrie's other space book "8 Little Planets" to go along with our lessons. It explains in children's terms why Pluto is no longer a planet and that it's okay because he has other space friends to hang with. Book even mentions the New Horizons satellite and gave us another thing to learn about. Will be purchasing another for my nephew's birthday. I love all the books by this author (we have about 12 so far) and honestly wish he wrote my organic chemistry textbook.

The pictures are awesome and they do a great job of explaining simply with extra smaller details that can be looked at later. Love it

Got the planets book because my 4 year old is all about space and saw this book that went with the first release 8 little planets. Really cute and fun learning for the little ones!
