This unit is serving well for cafe cold case drinks. Easy to unpack, it arrived on a pallet with casters in place. After shelving was installed correctly (just contact them if you need more instruction on this like I did) they are very sturdy and attractive - not flimsy in any way. The lighting is separate for the backlit header, versus the interior. This is nice for options. Casters are sturdy and easily move and lock. Cord is long enough. A great experience, and the unit consistently holds temperature between 38-41 F. I've had it 2 months.

This product has been a great purchase. The delivery was efficient and on time. the customer service and communication has been top notch and you can tell they care about their product and making the customer a priority. If you are in the market for a fridge I would look no further.

Shipping was quick! Ordered on a Monday and received it on Friday. Unit came very well packaged and protected, but still arrived with minor damage. No fault of the sellers, but when I reached out to them, they were very quick to make things right. I have this in my downstairs bar in my house and the first time my friends were over and saw it, it blew their minds. Works great, keeps all my beverages nice and cold. I could not be more pleased with this purchase. It arrived very fast to Georgia and once we got it in my studio all we had to do was plug it in. I do wish that there was a white glove option because the cooler is a lot of work to get off of the palette and unpackaged but that’s to be expected. I’m already thinking of buying another. The life of my flowers has been tremendously extended. It’s a game changer.I do wish that the holes inside were all numbered so that setting up the racks were a bit easier.

I bought this cooler to chill flowers for my home-based business. Couldn't be happier - it's been a game-changer. Cut flowers need to be stabilized before they are assembled into bouquets or arrangements and chilling is essential. Rather than chilling my stems in an ice water bath, I can now simply place them in water and pop them into the cooler right after cutting. So they get cooled right away. The flowers are lasting so long, my clients want to keep their last week's bouquet when I show up with a new one! And the hand-tied bouquets look great in the store for a long time, due to proper handling. Delivery was a breeze and the thing was already set up with the casters. My only beef is there were no instructions on how to use the control panel, so it's just on whatever setting. The temperature does fluctuate, depending on how much is in the cooler and how hot it is in the garage, which is to be expected. But it never goes above 42 or 43, and that's cool enough. Last thing - I absolutely love being able to see inside the cooler to see how much product is in there, and in what condition.

Before buying this I was very skeptical as to how big is was. I couldn’t quite get a vision. It’s a big fridge it’s for commercial use. So the machine is about 4ft in width 2ft in depth and stands about 6-7ft tall. Keeps my drinks very cold which is perfect for summer. There’s just so much room inside I couldn’t figure out which drinks to sell. I asked my clients and was able to come up with a small list of drinks to provide my customers. It looks very professional. Easy to set up. It’s really not rocket science. Easy to put together. The delivery man was very respectful and dropped in off directly in front of my business. So far I only turn the cooler on when I get to work and turn it off an hour prior to leaving. And surprisingly my light bill still remains low. I’ve only seen about a $10-$15 increase in light. This cooler is beyond what I expected. And it’s very eye appealing.

The most important point you purchase this refrigerator, this is curbside delivery. You need to gather men at least FOUR to carry it in your site safety.

We've had this cooler for four years now in our retail store with customer access to the cooler. The motor has run without a problem. We've gone through three sets of plastic handles. That's the weak spot of this cooler. Considering it was significantly cheaper than the ones down the street, that's a small price to pay. In fact, I would say buy this, then immediately order a set of spare handles and call it a day.
