Got it about a little over a month ago and it works fine. The little soft cover for the ear piece tends to fall off early though. I’ve already lost mine. Once it’s gone, the solid piece of plastic in your ear feels a little uncomfortable at times, but nothing I couldn’t handle. Overall, it works and and so does the mic. Good for the price.

They worked perfectly for me. I usually use the normal mic but there are times when I'm in a room with a few hundred people all trying to talk over one another and you can barely hear the person next to you. Using this I can still hear and respond to radio communications .

Connected to radio and it appears to transmit but cannot hear anything in the earpiece...
