Gentle on my digestive system. Personally I would rather take d3k2 and not take calcium. Of course I will eat healthy meals containing calcium but I have heard calcium can cause your arteries to clog?? Easy to swallow. I have used for 1 month and haven't found any mood change or ingredient side effects.
