Exemplary customer service patiently answered question after question before I placed my order and then went out of their way to ensure I received an orchid that matched as closely as possible the coral shade I had in mind and WOW! It’s as if over night they grew the exact color bloom I had in my imagination. I worried about shipping damage but needn’t have. My orchid was carefully cushioned and arrived in perfect condition. The foliage and roots are both very healthy. I was pleased to find there were as many buds as fully opened flowers providing immediate beauty to enjoy while promising months of gorgeous blooms ahead. Just Add Ice has earned a lifelong repeat customer. I’ll never order from anywhere else.

Beautifully packaged for protection. It just couldn’t handle the FexEx driver. I order this after a cold spell. It came packed with hand warmers. Amazing quality, very disappointing it’s broke and lost blooms. None of us are perfect and that what makes us unique.

I never give anything 5 stars but this was better than I expected and the price even more amazing. The orchid is so much bigger than the picture shows abs pictures do not do it justice. They use the special bark Orchids need, packaging is beyond perfect and the roots are super healthy as well as perfect green leaves abs beautifully bloomed orchids at the top. I have other friends wanting one now just because of how beautiful mine is.

Very disappointed with this orchid. Compared to the orchid we ordered a few months ago it was a dud. The blossoms were supposed to be 5 inches in diameter and were maybe 3. It was left at our front door on the night of 4 September and the door bell wasn't rung. It's a good thing I happened to check the front door on the morning of 5 September or the heat would have probably killed it. It was supposed to have arrived on 8 September. I am usually very happy with products ordered from Amazon, but this one was very disappointing, since it was a gift. Thank you.Sharon and Jerry Melson

Wonderful except for only 2 blooms left on it when it arrived. 6 blooms had fallen off. It was really sad. It was shipping. I would suggest the smaller ones. I got 4 of those and simply magnificent. 2 more are arriving soon. Now ive only had for a few days so we shall see.

This has been the easiest orchid to care for! It’s November and it’s still blooming! There are new buds on it too. I would Highly recommend this as a gift for any orchid lover! Even those without green thumbs. I will Be ordering the set they offer to re-pot it soon, it has grown that much! I cant Wait to order more flowers as well!! Awesome product!Update: feb 27, 2021: it is STILL blooming!! Has 4 flowers on it and 4 buds! I haven’t reported yet because it’s still blooming

Unfortunately the carrier had the orchid plant in his truck for over 2 days riding around Ocala in the heat. The plant was very green and healthy but the orchid flowers were not. I sent a message describing the condition of the flowers and within a few days I received a new plant with gorgeous healthy flowers which i am sure I will enjoy for a long time. Thank you for the quick replacement. You made me a faithful customer from now on.

I sent this orchid plant to a relative who had a death in the family. I spoke to them after they received it and they sent me a picture of the plant they received - it looked just like the one on the Amazon site. Beautiful!The only bummer - no "gift" options. So no gift note. Therefore my relative did not know who it came from, but I called her and told her it was from me. That is the only thing I would want added.So nice to see something arrive just like they said it would. wish that was the norm....
