Panache Red Gingsing is an excellent product. At 68, I wanted to stay more focused on sewing projects. This product helps tremendously with my distracting little. It is easy to swallow and I take it with my morning vitamins. The product talked about stamina. I have found that my daily gym workout does not leave me looking forward to the end.
