Looks GREAT, feels OK
Got this WAY ahead of the scheduled delivery date, which was awesome! Building it was a little bit of a pain (aligning the backrest to the seat to install the screws) but not a big deal. It looks beautiful with its double cup holders and double side bags! Upon sitting on it and feeling it out, It does feel stiff (as the previous reviewer stated). I too am hoping that this is a "breaking in" issue that will adjust with time. Also, the lumbar pillow came with a massage feature but NO instructions other than, a picture of a headphone jack to USB cable (with came with the chair) being plugged into the jack. What am I suppose to plug the USB part into though??? LOL

The Best Gaming Chair EVER!!!!
I LOVE THIS CHAIR!!! IT IS VERY STURDY and COMFORTABLE!! Rating a chair is almost like rating a mattress. Some like it firm, and some like it soft. This chair is VERY FIRM, if that's what you're looking for. It also has a nice feel to it! Overall, I give this chair an A+! HAVE A NICE DAY!

Nice chair just hard padding makes it a stiff chair.
Awesome chair just a little stiff!! Maybe has to be broken in price was little high but overall I’m satisfied.
