I think there’s some technical problems at my AC I can’t setup the AC to work on auto pilot and Bluetooth light is on all the time I can’t find manual to find out the problem please advise thank you

I’m not big on writing reviews, but this unit is awesome!! We have two now!! We have it installed thru the wall. Wee replaced older models, so we had the holes & and electrical outlets. Installation was not complicated! It is a big unit, be sure to lift correctly when sliding it in!!! Seal around it…we used a high quality caulk! This A/C is worthy of a 5 star rating!!! Buy it!! Supposed to be an extremely hot summer per the Farmer’s Almanac!! We bought nice winter covers from Amazon, for outside and inside!!

Here is the back and forth with vendor.I sent this email… Received the AC unit on 4-27-24. On 5-5-24 I removed the old AC unit and installed the Friedrich unit. After install i realized the electrical plug on the Friedrich unit is for UK electrical system not the USA system. After trying to find a unit that would fit my needs at local stores and coming up empty handed, I turned to Amazon. I’m so glad I did! The installation was fairly simple if you can follow the instructions and build the “frame” for it to sit on. I haven’t really used the remote. I just set it to economy mode and it does its thing! On when it needs to be, off when it doesn’t need to be. The only negative would be the noise level. I tried searching for something that was going to be “quiet” and this is not really it. I’m sure I’ve heard louder, but if you’re looking for something that folks don’t notice, this isn’t it, sadly. But for the money, it does an AMAZING job cooling so I’m just going to be happy that I found something, especially I’m this market! Oh! And someone complained that theirs came with dings and bent pieces. I did not experience this. The packaging was superb. Someone would have to intentionally try to bang this up to cause dents!

I bought about 25 AC Units from Various Brands but the minute i turned this Friedrich unit it was completely Amazing i trully feel its the Rols Roys of AC's

When I received the unit the box was damaged.The wall a/c compressor was hamming and never worked. I had to mount the housing,bolted and sealed. The a/c did not have a remote control.I order a new one and I transfer the a/c in to that box and housing.

i was sent a return to shipping label ,,, i pay freight . so it was pulling teeth to get a pre pay ,,,, oh well

The extra $$ was well-worth it...this in-wall unit cools our large first floor quickly and efficiently while only set on Low during 98F weather over several days. It is the quietest unit I've ever heard; our old one was like a plane taking off and took an hour to cool. Spend the extra money. Highly recommended.
