Erf9530 Mosfet transistor Rf Limited RFX75 10 meter radios Palomar 250 450 Amps

Ordered these and received them in two days! Running them inside a 1x4 setup, got excellent reports of audio from everybody from the Midwest, west coast, east coast and local! The amp containing these is pushing a 102" SS whip and let me tell you, driven properly they produce a very high quality signal with little to no distortion! They produce clean output being an biased with relatively little heat dissipated as long as they are heatsinked properly. The vth codes on the 5 I ordered all matched, and each transistor was pretty damn close to each other as far as matching goes. In all, if you're designing a hf amplifier, or repairing one, you really can't go wrong with these low cost, high performance MOSFETs.

Well, what can you say about a mosfet... I bought two of these-both worked as expected-mind you be carefull, as they are very sensitive to static shock; they get HOT too...secure them well to you're heat sink, lots of paste.
