Works good to keep the sun off my a/c unit. I just added some liquid nails to make it a little more sturdy and I plan to paint it white . Thanks

The unit looks great above the door and it stops the rain from hitting the bottom of the door and making it rot out with water. But it was a little hard to put together and did not have long enough bolts to go into the wall to make it sturdy. But after getting it installed I'm happy with it.

Arrived on time, put together and installation was easy, however, structural integrity of this plastic over time is questionable which is why 4 stars. It does keep the sun off our back door which is why we purchased it, burned our hand everytime we touched the handle in the afternoons now is just warm to the touch. May update after a year regarding the structural integrity.

Size not accurate! They charge $45 to return & Amazon wouldn’t help! DO NOT BUY!

Did not use these as my contractor had to delay my project, then we decided they couldn’t work even though perfect size and simple design and my 1/31/21 return window was past two weeks. Can’t return them even though still in boxes unused :) Be SUPER careful when ordering anything on Amazon where weather & schedule changes may cause you to be out money for being organized, lol. Home Depot & Lowe’s are way more understanding. I do think these would be terrific for the right project!
