Great tool at a fraction of the dealer cost
Great tool for 1/5th the price of the CAT version. Threads into the flywheel housing and also has 2 positions for short/deep pin. The CAT OE tool requires disassembly of the tool to replace the timing pin lengths, whereas this tool has 2 detent positions to account for long/short pin length. Definitely worth the money and a necessary tool for any CAT engine mechanic.

Is it really for a C7? --NO!
Thread was too large a diameter to screw into bell housing. I was at the correct location but had to rig up my own spring plunger to lock flywheel. Wasted time waiting for this tool.
