Mixed feelings about these. As a chewable the taste is unpleasant. Keep in mind that they are probably much healthier because they are not loaded with sugar and flavoring. I got these because they are Dr. Berg and I believe he is very knowledgeable and would not endorse a low quality product. But I really chew them up as fast as I can and chase them down with a lot of water to try to avoid the taste.

I am a fan of Dr. Berg's nutritional supplement brand. Quality and excellent ingredients make his supplements some of the best on the market. Made with the highest standard, I invest my money and health in Dr. Berg's brand and wouldn't consider drugstore shelf products that are cheaply made and subpar.
