Works good for fence gate
I installed two of these on the top of my vynl fence at the gate. One on each side so you can see the latch at night. It gets plenty of sun during the day so always works at night. Works for hours, and I have seen them still on at 3am. Brightness is good for my use. Doesn't cover a big area so good for my use or accent or pathway lighting. Could install on gutters to light a path under it. These work much better than some other ones I bought from another cheap brand. Have had these for over a year so far and still going strong.

Easy to install
Very nice leaves a constant low-light at my front and back door entrance and gets brighter when you walk close to them for a brighter light. I install them to the gutters

Good quality
The light will come on and then go off and repeat for no apparent reason. The light is bright. The manual leaves a lot to be desired as there is no instruction to troubleshoot.

TERRIBLE..DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY
First, let me say that I have never written a review but this is so bad I felt obligated to write this. I purchased this because they were motion detection and received them on Wednesday. After I contracted someone to install (we are 69 and 75 and cannot climb ladder) around 8:30 p.m. they would go on with very dim light and remain on. When there was motion the light would get SLIGHTLY brighter and you needed to walk just about directly under the "eye" of the motion detector. They would totally lose the energy by midnight. By Saturday, 2 days after they were installed, one doesn't even light anymore! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY for item and threw away money to get them installed which as seniors we do not have money to throw away. NOT VERY HAPPY AT ALL!

Adds soft light to dark places
These were easy to install and add a nice soft white light where needed. I saw them at aNeighbors house they gave me the info where to buy.Don’t know how long they will last, but they are reasonably priced and seem to do what o was looking for.

One of the two lights purchased stopped functioning.
Purchased the 2 pack of lights. They both worked great for a while after installation; then one of them stopped functioning. I bought a recharger to recharge the battery in the one that stopped working because the recharger was much, much less expensive than purchasing a new rechargeable battery. I recharged the rechargeable battery to 100%, this recharged battery then lasted for exactly 2 days before it died again.We have great UV exposure here in Florida so the solar lights were receiving more than enough rechargeable energy. Great price, however, not so great quality.
