Our fire sense fire pit was very easy to assemble and it is beautiful. It is very easy to turn on and off and it is a high quality fire pit

The media could not be loaded. As I was about to assemble the table part of the fire pit, I noticed a huge dent when I took the table out of the bubble. Cant use this product now I have to dissemble it to return….Not happy spending $630 to find this huge dent. And wasted time assembling half of it. Looks like quality is not as good as the product states….

This is a fairly simple to assemble unit. The burner is bigger than others this size, and is noticeable. The only issue I had was that the box inside the main box that held the glass fire stones had ruptured, so there were stones everywhere, many of them shattered-so attempting to pick through the shards to get the good ones was not fun. I called the seller, and they did seem intent on making it right, so a bag of new stones is on its way to me.

This is a very nice fire pit. The look is beautiful and we enjoy it very much. If I had to improve it, I would like more heat output.

Outstanding quality and great fire ring. Absolutely love it

Fire table works well but it is made of very cheap materials. When assembling brand new the handle to lift the cover off the burner area broke and there's no product support to replace it. If any part is defective or broken you have to disassemble it and send the whole unit back and hope they send you a new to put together again. In this case it was a part that probably cost a couple dollars. Cannot recommend product.
