I purchased this product to check that my vasectomy had not reconnected. This tester indicated 3 separate times that I had a low sperm count rather than a zero sperm count as it should be for anyone with a vasectomy. This panicked me so I went back to the doctor who performed the vasectomy who retested me and again found zero sperm. This product is an absolute waste of money.

This meter definitely works as advertised. Testing at home and at 2 labs showed the same results. If abstain for 2-3 days my numbers were high. If only 1 day numbers were lower. If no abstinence at all the readings were next to nothing.I can't say for certain if the meter is 100% accurate down to 0 sperm present as the other reviewer, however in my testing and lab tests everything matched up.I would highly recommend for at home use and to get a 2nd / 3rd opinion.Phone Support has also been fantastic.
