Good, thick construction and I anticipate years of use from it. Changing our pond to a pondless waterfall and wanted to keep our night blooming lotus. This planter worked perfectly for the space we had!

I thought this would be a waste of money since I could buy something similar at the dollar store. Not so. Very heavy and holds gravel perfectly. Holds all my water lilies perfectly and fit right inside the pot I wanted to use. Will make emptying the pond MUCH simpler next time around.

I’m new to the pond game. I have sever plants just in regular pots thinking they would just get the water from the top because they are submerged. This is a game changer for me for the marginal plants. I don’t have to worry about keeping the water level over the top of the pot rim anymore, and I feel like this lets the plants filter the water for efficiently because water is exposed on all sides to the hungry roots instead of just through the top down.
