LE LED Puck Lights, Kitchen Under Cabinet Lighting Kit, 510 Lumens, 5000K Daylight White, Night Light, Perfect for Kitchen, Closet, Stairs and More, Pack of 3

I bought 23 sets of these puck light sets to go in my new house. I love them, they are so easy to install and wire. While I was looking for the perfect under cabinet lighting, I went through at least 15 other types and brands of lighting (spot lights, LED strip lights, etc) and these were by far the brightest and cheapest option. The puck lights themselves are very skinny in width for the amount of light they put out and they don't look bulky and clunky when you install them under your cabinet. I have noticed that they get pretty warm when I leave them on for more than an hour, but they don't get hot enough to be a fire hazard.I cut all the power plugs off each puck light and used the plug-in 12 volt wall adapter on a switched outlet so that these can be turned on/off by a light switch. There's about a 3 second delay between the time I turn on the light switch and these light up, but that's not really an issue for me.Over a two year span, these never went on sale or changed in price, so that was a let down when you're on a budget--but they are worth the money. However, I also bought 2 sets of these and they are the exactly the same product (Ustellar LED Under Cabinet Lighting Kit, 1020lm Puck Lights, 6000K Daylight White, Set of 6). These did go on sale and were $27 for 6 lights rather than $17 for 3 lights, so I was able to save some money there.

Nice Kit, I showed a picture in the dark with plain wall (no backsplash). I like the light as it disbursed the plain wall nicely. However after I installed my stainless steel backsplash (not shown but will update later), the lighting is more directional and not as disbursed but that is just the nature of stainless steel anything so I didn't like it as much with the stainless steel back splash and once this goes out, I will look at more of the linear lighting and not the puck lighting. I knocked down a star as once I opened up to reveal the screw area, it was very difficult to put back since the puck is very slender. I ended up using double back sided tape and stayed on nicely. One of the cheaper kit and works just fine and this is definitely more white light, its a bit stark white but bright as you can see.

Pros:- light weight and compact- Appears to be fair to good build quality- Install was fast and easy. 15 minutes.- Prefect tone bright white lightCons:- The wires that connect to the junction box as shown in the picture are crap. Whoever assembled this set did not properly attach the wire in the plastic connection clip. If your lights flicker, that's probably why. Mine stopped after I pushed the wire in.- Can't screw in the lights. Only double sided tape included.- Dimmer switch is useless. Can't shut off the lights, only dim them.Conclusion: Buy this, if it can make this old ass kitchen look nice imagine how nice it'll look in your kitchen 👍👍

Very bright lights with a minimal profile. I had a dark corner in my kitchen that was frustrating when cooking. These lights are a perfect fit under the cabinet. I actually leave one of the other lights off some of the time, because these lights do such a great job. The only reason I gave the installation 4 stars, instead of 5, was because in my situation there was a lot of extra wire I had to figure out how to wrap up and hide. Aside from that very minor issue, I have nothing at all to complain about. I will be purchasing at least one more set of these for other locations in my house.

Great lights! Did not want battery operated. Small, easy to hide, but wires are a bit long; good if you want to spread out, but you have to be creative in hiding wires for shorter distances between lights. One concern was the lights did not go on/off, just 4 dimmer settings. Manufacturer said you have to hold dimming switch for 5 seconds to turn off and on. Was ready to return but I am glad I didn't!! Lot of research prior to purchase, happy I made this choice.

**UPDATE 04/17/19 **Unit has died. Sometimes it will flicker a bit, sometimes it will put out 10% of the light output. Either way, it's no longer usable. I expected it to last longer than 2.8 years. Now I need to replace it.---------------Installed under the awning above my kitchen sink. The screws that come with it to attach are abysmally small. I was swearing at them several times prior to finishing the installation. You're better off drilling a small pilot hole to feed these little shanks into easily, or replacing them altogether with a heavier thread but thin enough shank to fit through these lights. I'd rather have had a single electrical connection ala a light bar rather than 3 individual lights for this application, but most of the time you probably would want 3 individual ones to place them optimally... probably under the sink where pipes dictate needing to place lights in irregular spots. The light output is excellent and bright. It's brighter than the flourescent Phillips lamp it replaced, that had 3 bulbs burn out in less than 2 years - just too frequently to keep doing! So, replace that old flourescent lamp with these or similar models, but have some sticky cable management tiedowns ready to go, because the lines will need to be routed out of the way.

There are so many LED products out there that it's a real pain to try to pick something. I am very happy with these lights. Inside a dark closet I put one on each side and one above the door. Now I can see my clothes--and the cobwebs, yech! I used double-sided mounting tape instead of the included screws and tucked the wires around the door frame. Since the AC outlet is outside of the closet I drilled a small hole (about 3/8-inch) through the drywall for the wire from the adapter, and mounted the switch to the wall outside of the door with mounting tape.
