It does the job.

Wires broke easily
While installing it and tightening the wire coils around the pipe one of the wires broke.

Doesn't last very long
Bought this 2 yrs ago. Time for a new 1.Starring to notice that nasty white residue all over my shower and the water is smelling awful again.Time to replace. But i would rather replace this than get a water softener put in at the moment. This will be fine until I am ready for a big project, such as a water softener install.
