Junk Junk Junk
Let me first say this things like to flip over so it's more upside down then on the wheels. That said this is worth $50 at the most. It's fast, but it breaks so easy. First body towers broke going down two steps. Well that awesome... this is for bashing and it can't take a 1ft tumble. Fixed that was super glue flowed by hot glue to re enforce it. 1hr later we go back out side to race around. Another tumble from a sharp turn and now the A-Arm broke aware from the body near the rear diff. Again more super glue and I take two metal braces from another RC to re enforce the rear upper A-Arms. Another hour later go out for another drive this time we are taking it super easy and one of the rear axes snaps in half. 3 breaks in 4hr and most of my Saturday wasted trying to get this thing together. This is junk, fast junk when it's working, but still junk. Unlike other hobby grade RC cars there is no upgrade to fix weak points. If you only drive in straight line, and slowly accelerate, I guess this might work for you, but when you buy something for bashing and it can't take the gentlest version of that, it's just junk. This is going back, I'm just going to have to stick with true hobby grade RCs for my daughter. I really don't trust any of the other reviews that claim this is durable. And you shouldn't either.

Best RC Car Ever Owned!
I would like to share, that this has by far been the best experience ever! I've owned a few RC Cars over the years and this one beats them all. The Design, Weight Distribution, Aesthetics, Battery Life, Speed, Ease of Use, tops all! The price seemed a little high, but you pay for what you get and that's exactly why I spent a little more. You will not be upset. This RC Car states 65 KMH and it will hit this in about 2.5 seconds. Super fast, Super awesome, Super Fun! A must have!!----UPDATE:After the first run, and about 10 minutes in, the Hub assembly and stabilizer bar snapped off the car. Seller sent replacement during COVID outbreak which was delayed a month, however it was replaced. Replacement did the same thing after going full speed the car rolled and the Plastic Hub broke where the joint meets the Stabilizer bar. They give you two extra (Should be a clue that this breaks) and These replacements didn't last long. Before I could request a new replacement, it was past a month for return. I started ordering the Aluminum replacement parts and now had about $65 in replacements, and was very excited about the quality. My son drove the car this time, and of course it ran into the curb on first try and the aluminum part snapped right in half. I have now thrown this car into the trash. Next time I will spend the money on a gas powered and or another brand made here in the US.Note: If you want this RC Car to last more than 10 minutes, please use it in an open lot and not in the street. it is fast, and extremely easy to lose control of as the STRIM does not recalibrate well after each use.

Took a beating
We sure gave this car a good beating and it held up perfectly! We’ve been playing with it daily since we’ve gotten it and everything works as it said. It’s fast as heck. It handles different terrains easily. I didn’t run it thru water so I can’t say for the waterproof ability but everything else we tried worked great. The battery lasts about 20 minutes in a full charge so that’s not too bad. The body got beat up pretty good but I expected that because were rough with it. Worth the money for us.

BEWARE (parts issues)
I’ve had this r/c for about a week and I’ve had to order multiple parts for it! It breaks super easily in my driveway or out in the open park/ball fields. Admittedly the first repair was my fault as I was going to fast with the car and slightly clipped an object in my park. The second was driving it in my driveway and I noticed the rear end was riding super low, all of a sudden the shock-proof seat appeared to be entirely shattered...of this I am “shocked”, pun intended, since I was merely racing it around in my own driveway. I have a strong opinion about this r/c and I would tell any buyer to be weary especially if parts are not readily available for fixing this flimsy machine. I’ve also had other r/c’s in the past and this is the first that has been totally frustrating! This is just one of many episodes I’ve had with this specific model in owning it for a couple weeks! If I can get the extra parts I need then maybe I will change my review, but for now this is how it’s going to stay.Update to this review: all of a sudden the r/c would stop all on it own, almost as if the battery would die. So I am definitely returning this item as it won’t even drive on a full battery now. Yikes!

Looking to get a boat and drone next....
My neighbor's son has one and my puppy liked to chase it but she wouldn't bite at it. She liked chasing it. So I decided to get one to help wear her out. It works fine and she gets more exercise with this than she would by chasing a ball. The car is a bit fragile around the front wheels. I've only had it for 24 hours and I learned it has a few limitations. As long as you are responsible with it and take care of it, it will last longer. There are plenty of upgradable and replacement parts available online if something goes wrong. I think the next thing I want to do is find a way to hook a GoPro camera to it so I can drive it in first person view and make some cool videos.

Buy a $50 car....SAME thing...junk
Breaks easily. I mean it will break if you turn it too hard at full speed (which isn't as advertised either). Limited parts availability, break the wrong gear and it's done. Buy from one of these guys---Kyosho, Tamiya, Traxxis, Axial, Tekno, ARRMA. I junked this item and bought an ARRMA Typhon ($300) and it is a REAL BASHER for beginners to moderate users and I can get EVERY part I need when I break it.
