Finally received the right item. First time round, I got a trolley caddy. That's why the 3 stars. The wait for it was already long and was so disappointed to see that I got the wrong item. Waiting on the refund.I repurchased it. While waiting for the refund. That's how much I wanted the bag. That being said, I love this bag. I did a lot of research before getting it (hence the disappointment when the wrong item was sent earlier). It is big, perfect for an overpacker like myself who travels about with a toddler and baby. I don't have to worry about space or needing to carry other things by hand whilst struggling with an errant toddler.It's light and water-resistant, comfortable straps, tons of space to fit in pretty much everything save for the kitchen sink. Love the extra padded compartment at the back that can store my child's fire tablet and also keep it out of the way and out of their sight until emergency entertainment plan needs to be deployed. Pity there isn't much for the mommy pocket but it's a decent space for my stuff which isn't a lot anyway. Also love the fact that they utilise the upper portion of the bag that so many other diaper bags seem to forget and instead, add more things to the base that often has to fight for space with the external bottle pockets. Speaking of which, wouldn't mind if the bottle pockets had elastic, I feel kinda safer placing stuff in it.All in all, great bag and worth the price.
