The item that I received has gone above and beyond my expectations, I am having a great time and looks great on my ride, it is literally plug and play, no modifications required at all, fits amazing and the product itself is wonderful

It won't shut off when you turn the car off. It also kept draining my battery so I took it out and trashed it.

Unit fitted to 2007 Jetta with small modification.Aside from that, install was easy. Set up however may take up to 1hr. Volume and Phone control work on steering wheel. Touch screen is responsive. If you use pandora or spotify, you have to keep that screen up to skip tracks. So if you are navigating, and want to skip track, you must toggle back to pandora/spotify/A2DP screen to skip track. My car doesnt have the skip track controls on steering wheel, so not sure if that option works without having to toggle back and forth. Track select buttons should have been incorporated on the face of the unit. Manual doesnt provide passcode to go into system settings. Not sure why. Also, at times, the unit lags and moves very slow. I notice this when toggling from pandora to maps, or vice versa. Sound quality is great. Equaliser settings are on point. Reverse camera option is available but screen goes to camera, even though I dont have one, so only a black screen comes up. Kind of annoying. One thing I wish was an option is if you can modify the homescreen to have most used apps. You are always stuck with the bluetooth and navi icons at home screens. You need to navigate to app drawer then scroll to get to music apps and maps (Google maps, waze). Overall this is a good unit for the price.

Overall this product is impressive. Quality is superb and is definitely worth its price. Very easy to install and very user friendly. This is basically a tablet as you’re able to use the internet thru WiFi and do anything you would with a tablet.

Decent radio if you don't have an expendable income. Glitches from time to time. Can be a pain in the rear end but only minor things but it's more than a couple of random things. If you have more money to spend I would do it.

Bezel around screen makes it tricky to touch some of the buttons that are low in the corners. All vehicle units are in kilometers and liters and no way to change. When using the radio tuner there is a loud high pitch squeal that can be heard on all frequencies. The screen mirroring app (tima) is all in chinese and since I dont read chinese I dont understand it. Bluetooth works good, have to use phone as mobile hotspot for gps (Waze and google maps) to work. Sygic and Google maps work offline if you download the maps/states you want. Also have to use phone as a hotspot to use apps like google, play store and youtube. When listening to the radio or bluetooth music though you cant hear the gps talking when you have a turn coming up. I have emailed the seller asking for support but I dont think they understand english well. Everytime I get a reply with the users manual attachment. No way to customize the main screen so your stuck with a huge graphic of preloaded music. The unit lags a lot. When switching between apps sometimes it will freeze on the used apps screen for 20 seconds. Steering wheel controls work...sorta. when using the arrows on my jetta steering wheel to switch stations sometimes I will skip thru several of my station presets with only a single tap of the button. The bezel is also not an exact fit to the factory trim and some modifications had to be made for a good fit. The unit does work and sound decent but overall I am not pleased and will be putting my factory changer back in.

This is really a deficient product. You will never turn it off, it can consume your battery to dead. It happened more frequently now. I just took it off and reinstalled the old one. Waste my money for nothing!

Funciona muy bien, se instala fácilmente, aunque las aplicaciones de CarPlay y replica de pantalla del teléfono tienen costo adicional y son caros, a razón de $90mxn por mes por lo demás es una buena opción

Me gustaría una devolución ya que el producto se recibió el día 11 de Agosto y el día 24 de Agosto dejo de funcionar sin explicación alguna, se reviso el sistema del vehículo sin que se aprecie falla en el mismo. Por lo que es falla del producto
