Excellent customer service!
Purchased in April. Small hole by June. Contacted company who immediately sent BRAND NEW Tumble Mat. Couldn't be more pleased with customer service!. Will be more careful and only allow one child on mat at a time to prevent another tear.

It is not the easiest to keep the air in the air track.
i use this air track for flipping and it is perfect. When i fall on it after not landing a trick i do not feel any pain. The only thing i do not like about it is that it is not easy to keep the air in the air track after removing the pump.
