Best Running Buff I Have
This buff has been great, especially when it was hot, since you can wet it and the cooling effect really helps. Purchased this due to COVID-19 mask restrictions in California and use it when running or walking. It is breathable, which makes it more pleasant to run and walk in, but it doesn't provide the full protection that a medical grade mask or double tight weave mask would provide. Still, better that nothing and sufficient for my purposes.

Too small, one size does not fit all.
Too small, and did not stretch. When placed over my face it was so tight it hurt my neck and face.

Put under water and then in the fridge.Once it is cold I put on and go for my walk.
