Q: What is the return policy on this? Wrong food recently delivered and told I cannot return it

You should buy from Chewy. They will refund your money if you are not happy and they do not require a return. I've been using them for several years now and buy all my dog and wild bird food from them. Had a ripped bag, full refund. Wasn't happy with a new wild bird seed, full refund. They do require a $49 order if you don't want to pay shipping.

I don't recall the ingredients but before I ordered this, I went to the Grandma Mae's website. They have the ingredient lists to all their dry dog foods there.

Q: The photo in the listing shows a 25lb bag of food, while in the description it's described as a 5x5x5 inch bag at 4 lbs. Which is it?

Not sure I can help, but there is no such measurements as 5x5x5 not even for the 4 lb. I have seen the 25 lb around $50, but also the 14 lb at $40' therefore the 4 lb will be around $20. Sorry this is not better advice other than contact the seller of the one you are looking at.
