Great noodles!
A little tricky to cook- very sticky while in pot so you will want to add a good table spoon of oil to your cooking water and move the noodles around and out of the water (tho get a slick of oil on them) constantly while boiling. My experience with the Tinyada noodles has me a little anxious about cooking time as they have a tendency to go from uncooked to mushy quite quickly - these seem quite a bit more forgiving.I tossed my first batch with Golden Mountain sauce, a lot of garlic and fresh thai basil and it was awesome. The wakame flavor was quite masked by the aromatic basil - a good thing as I have mixed feelings about wakame.

You will not be disappointed. Not only are these noodles healthy, they are quite delicious. Just like all the other products we've tried from King Soba. Currently best price on Amazon for similar products.

A pick me up alternative .
I boiled it ,rinsed it ,added chicken broth ,ginger,a crushed sheet of seaweed nori .....yum

These are my favorite of the King Soba noodles. They have a good texture and we use the with Pho. Only downside is the price. Hopefully it will come down a bit with time.

Very easy to cook, super tasty. It just needs to be boiled for 5 minutes which is a plus when you are in a rush.

Un'occasione!
Non potevo assolutamente lasciarmi sfuggire questa confezione da 12 di soba noodles.Ho già comprato in passato questo prodotto, anche in altre versioni e di altre marche, e il prezzo era nettamente superiore. Io li faccio sia in brodo che saltati con le verdure e li trovo davvero buoni. Il pacco è arrivato perfettamente integro e con una settimana d'anticipo. Meglio di così?!
