I had a new paver patio installed, and then this white stuff started to appear. learned it was salt and calcium from the concrete. One application with a hand sprayer and all white disappeared. Excellent results on the first try.

It does not work wasted $150.I followed the instructions to the letter.Why are people allowed to sell this non performing junk?

Removed a lot of efflorescence. Did not remove all efflorescence as stated.Very easy to use.It is somewhat expensive but is way way more effective than CLR type cleaners. I did expect better results although the results were very good. In fairness, my efflorescence is 40 years in the making though it did say it removed years of efflorescence.If you want to remove efflorescence this is a good choice. If you want like new results, buy new pavers.

Had some nasty efflorescence spots that were on my newly installed porch all winter. After applying the solution 3 times and power washing with an electric power washer it finally came off. Looks great. The 3 stars are because I had to do it three times. If it came off after the first application it would have been 5. I also waited 30 minutes in between each wash and application as the directions said.

Product does not successfully remove stains from outside cinder black wall.

It cleaned Efflorescence, a salt on my stone columns

I have a shower with pebble stone tile that developed efflorescence in many places. I followed the instructions and performed a test on one section. The test results were great.Results of the overall application: Most of the efflorescence is gone. What future customers need to be aware of is that the product discolored the grout in some areas while other areas were not affected. I suspect this might be because the area I treated is very large and possibly more than one bag of grout was used when the tile was installed. I used a scrub brush attachment on my drill to get some of the orange residue off. I hope the discoloration can eventually be removed, but it is not going to be easy or quick. Lesson I learned: treat small areas at a time.

We had our hot tub sitting on an 8' x 8' pad for 16 years. After removing the hot tub and the pad, a great deal of efflorescence could be seen. The Smart 'n Easy Efflorescence Remover is gentle, yet it took about a dozen or so applications to remove most of the efflorescence. HELPFUL HINT: Do not use the product on a very hot day or in bright direct sunshine. The product evaporates too quickly and does not have enough time to work. Cloudy days or late afternoon work best.
