I can't say enough about this product and the company behind it! After doing a bunch of research, I finally chose these sleeves - the description was great, the details were explained, the reviews were good and the price was reasonable. First, I got a call from the company telling me that the sleeves were going to be delayed a day or so and would that be ok. They actually called! A person with a name called me to keep me informed. That alone impressed me that I would have waited weeks for these! But I didn't have to - 2 days later, they arrived. I have trouble just getting out of bed in the morning. I have to do stretches and massages just to be able to put my feet on the floor and start walking. I have very bad plantar fasciitis as well as ankle issues. I put these sleeves on, under socks (another reason I chose these) and wore them for the day. They felt great from the moment I had them on, but still - I held out little hope. I took them off prior to going to sleep. Even before falling asleep, I was pleasantly surprised - my feet were not hurting. AT ALL! Sometimes, the pain would keep me awake for quite some time. The next day? I was able to get out of bed with no stretches and no exercises and no massage. I just got up! No pain - nothing! I love these sleeves! I don't know if it is the compression or the copper and I don't care. They feel amazing and work so well, I am going to buy more so I can wear them all the time. They even look nice enough that I would wear them in the summer with sandals and flip flops! I've already sent a link to friends and family - my aunt and uncle both have problems and they're going to try these. I can't recommend these highly enough - but even more important - if you are considering sleeves, I strongly advise this company. They are small and they are responsive and they care about their product and their service. Thank you to all the good people at Copper Compression!

Helps a great deal to offer enough support to reduce pain. Some days, all pain is alleviated, especially when I wear these under a supportive tie shoe. They even help when I walk around in bare feet on carpet, although harder floors still take a toll.Some days, pain is minimized but not completely eliminated. If worn consistently, overall pain is reduced. My hope is that these will allow for gradual healing over time.Washed well, but no dryer. Bought 2 packages to allow for washing. Does not seem to pick up much foot odor, although I do not have much of a problem with that, in any case.The first few times I put them on, they were quite snug and tougher to put on. Now, they go on more easily. They remain very snug but just 'hug' and support without cutting off circulation. Even when just sitting around in the evening, I have left them on for taking that last run downstairs to do laundry. Can wear all day and not drive me crazy like my knee brace does!!!I wear a women's 8-1/2 or 9 WIDE shoe. Purchased a LARGE. Nice that there is no slipping or moving out of position. I do not know if that would be true for a very narrow foot.Last word: maybe I missed it, but I did not realize there were 2 sleeves in the package, so I ended up with 4 sleeves when ordering 2 packages. Good, though, because I have a slight problem in the other foot, so I wear on that foot, also, to let healing begin and prevent more injury.

These are amazing! I started using one for my knee not long ago, and it has helped tremendously. That knee had surgery on it years ago and recently I started having pain in both ankles, but mainly in that same leg with the repaired knee. And once I knew the copper knee sleeve helped me stay mobile, I knew it would work for my ankles. I wanted to buy a double pack and when I read this was "one pair" thinking pair meant 2.... I thought it was perfect. Except,even with the lable saying "one pair" only one sleeve came, ultimately forcing me to buy 2 separate packs. So if the packaging was correctly labeled for the quantity within, I'd give this 5 stars. I also knocked a star off bc the seem around the opening of the heal digs into my skin a bit, I'm sure after some wear, I'll rarely notice it. But it is quite uncomfortable. Despite those 2 flaws, I do wear these daily, and no longer have pain over night, so I start with less pain throughout the day and have better nights.

I really like these support ankle socks because they have great support, but they’re not tight around the ankles and they feel very good, plus they go all the way up to my toes. They don’t stop midpoint of my feet. I purchased the extra large and I wear an 11 wide shoe.

These socks are TOO tight for me. I thought they would help my neuropathy (side effect after chemo), but just made it worse. That part might be on me, probably should've looked for loose socks instead of compression. However these are SO tight they were hard to put on. I eventually got both on, but took them off after about 3 hours because they hurt. I'd recommend ordering a size up unless you like your socks tight.

I am a 6'4", 34 year old marathon runner and cycling fanatic. I am a flight attendant who is on my feet every day for hours at a time, and hit the pavements around the world for some fantastic runs. I'm in my mid-thirties now, and unfortunately, I'm starting to notice my body is no longer in its twenties. I sometimes suffer from pains on the sides and tops of my foot, and these copper compression sleeves have relieved the pain significantly in just two days. I have only really worn them during times of physical activity, but they offered the support I needed in my foot tendons on my 12 mile + runs.I wear a size 14 wide, and the XL fits very well. I feel supported on my runs, and my ankles receive the comfort they need when I'm in cycling class to allow for full mobility, while offering a comfortable amount of compression. They dry very quickly, and they don't hold odor at all. I bought another two pairs to make laundry a little easier, and foresee using these copper compression sleeves during long runs and periods of aches and pains.

These do work. They have helped my husband a lot, but not sure if they have copper in them or not. The support is helping his foot pain at least

Defective n low quality

Las compré porque tenía un dolor en la parte central del pie. No era muy fuerte, pero era molesto. Al rato de ponérmelas el dolor había desaparecido.La semana pasada a mi madre se le puso un dolor en el empeine del pie. Las usó, y le ha desaparecido.Estoy encantada con la compra.
