Organic Wholemeal Wheat Bread Flour 1kg

I'm writing this review in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic at a time when bread flour is scarce in the shops. £5.99 is a lot to pay, but organic produce is more expensive anyway and I'm more concerned at this time with the finished end product. I'm not disappointed. I made some bread today with this flour in my bread maker. The dough is light and not dense like it can be with my usual flour. I would buy again if need be, but I wouldn't pay any more than £5.99 for it. Delivered when expected, too.

Our recipe uses half a bag. The crust is so good. Its not chewy and toast melts in your mouth. Spelt is excellent for my health, I never get any heartburn.Cant find a fault. I keep it in the fridge. Helpful people if you ring up.

Lovely tasting flour.A good size too

It is a good bread flour. I cannot describe it as "amazing" because how can flour be amazing? But it is definitely good.

It lovely flour for making bread roll or Loaves of baking we use a 50/ 50 with wholemeal flour and strong white flour . it make less is how we do it.

High quality flour which arrived quickly and was well packaged. Used it to make a whole wheat loaf and it worked well and tasted delicious.

Really nice flour. I've been using it half and half with white flour to make bread.
